Welcome! I'm so thrilled you're here! The MentHer Collective is our online community for women. It’s a space for practical support, encouragement, and prayer as we walk alongside the girls and young women God has placed in our lives. Together, we’ll work through mentorship and discipleship topics—both for those we’re leading and for our own walk—sharing resources, gathering for monthly live meetups, and growing in community.
After all, we weren't meant to mentor alone.

If you are using More Precious Than Pearls with a mentee, our monthly topics will align with one chapter or session each month. If not—no worries! The content will still apply to you, too!
Prayer Support
This is a wonderful space to request prayer—for yourself, a loved one, or a mentee. Share your prayer needs and celebrations, and let’s connect in faith and encouragement!

The MentHer Collective (TMC) is a virtual community for women to and fellowship around the topics related to mentorship and discipleship. We have two hour-long video calls per month at 7pm EST, typically on a Wednesday or Tuesday evening. Calls include one guest interview and one fellowship/prayer call!
TMC is for those interested in mentoring or discipling or who simply would like to link arms with other women as we lead girls and young ladies closer to Christ. We are from different church backgrounds and upbringings—and spread across the U.S.!
What do you leave with? Encouragement. Fellowship. Community. Prayer. Guidance. All the ways we can lift one another up as we mentor and disciple around topics like identity, faith, prayer, idols, relationships, purpose, and more!

Hi, I'm Leighton. I used to be intimidated by the thought of mentorship, too.
I finally decided to link arms with other mentors and learn how to allow the Holy Spirit to touch girls' hearts through me. The pressure began to lift. I began to feel equipped.
That's why I created this community.
My prayer is that every woman overcomes the fear of mentorship and discipleship, stepping boldly into God's call to invest in the next generation.

Common Q&A | What to Expect
Am I required to attend both calls each month?
TMC is completely flexible and a "come as you are" community! We have two hour-long calls a month at 7PM EST, typically on a Wednesday or Tuesday. You are welcome to join one or both calls each month, or feel free to watch them back in Teams. (Playbacks are available for 30 days). Also, no pressure to be on camera!
How do I join and what's the cost?
Simply enter your name and email on this page to receive the video call Teams links each month with reminders of upcoming calls! Once you click join, you'll be directed to a "Give" page on our website and are encouraged to give $10 a month to support this community. But even if you can't give, we'd still love to have you!
How long are video recordings available?
If you can't attend the monthly calls, video playback inside Teams will be available for playback for 30 days.
Can I cancel or unsubscribe at any time?
You can cancel any time by emailing us at PHF@prayherforward.com. Manage your monthly giving through your emailed receipts or through Shop Pay.
Do the monthly topics align with More Precious Than Pearls! ?
Yes! Each month, we align with a topic from our curriculum! Not using our book? That’s completely fine! Our topics and discussions will be approached broadly, so even if you’re using a different resource or curriculum, you’ll still gain meaningful insight from the community and meetups.
